Synopsis

When a late billionaire’s will is read, his daughter Constance expects grief, dignity, and perhaps a few awkward family memories. Instead, she gets missing treasures, suspicious women, a scheming lawyer, and one elusive butler who may be far more involved than anyone wants to admit.

The trouble begins when millions of dollars in assets — including a yacht, an art collection, and a fleet of cars — mysteriously disappear from the estate. Even more inconveniently, those prized possessions were meant for the billionaire’s three “Special Lady Friends,” each one uniquely different, highly motivated, and not exactly inclined to leave empty-handed.

Determined to uncover the truth and contest ownership of the missing fortune, Constance teams up with Mr. Vance, her slippery lawyer, and an incompetent detective whose investigative style suggests he may have studied under Mrs. Malaprop and graduated with dishonors. As the mansion fills with femme fatales, romantic revelations, legal maneuvering, and wildly unhelpful clues, all roads seem to lead back to Clifton, the mysterious butler.

Is Clifton the mastermind behind the suspicious “Bimbo Corporation”? Is he tangled up in the sale of the missing goods? Is he romantically involved with all three women? And why does every answer seem to create three more ridiculous questions?
